(Blugolds.com) – UW-Eau Claire men's wrestler Jake Drexler (Stratford, Wis.) and women's swimmer Sam Senczyszyn (Grafton,Wis.) have each been named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Athlete of the Week, WIAC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations Matt Stanek announced today.

    LA CROSSE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire swimming and diving teams split with UW-La Crosse on Saturday, with the men defeating the Eagles by a score of 129-104 and the women falling, 140-104.

These athletes include women's volleyball player Madelyn Pashibin, women's hockey player Holly Turnbull, diver Dylan Glumac-Berberich (Fridley, Min.), and women's swimmer Sam Senczyszyn, Senior (Grafton, Wis.)

    STEVENS POINT, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – Dylan Glumac-Berberich (Jr. – Fridley, MN) set a school record on the 1-meter dive on Saturday as the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men’s swimming and diving fell to UW-Stevens Point 192-104 while the women defeated the Pointers 199-101.

    EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire swimming and diving teams swept UW-Oshkosh in their first home dual of the season, with the women winning by a score of 188-53 and the men by a score of 180.5-57.5.
