EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – UW-Eau Claire left tackle Isiah Cage (Sr. – Chicago, IL) has been invited to the UW-Madison Pro Day on March 9 to further make a name for himself as he continues to pursue his NFL dreams.
The 6-5, 335 pound senior will get a chance to showcase his skills in drills and interviews alongside prospects from around the state including 12 Wisconsin Badgers in front of NFL personnel.
Cage has been a standout for the Blugolds serving as a captain in his senior season anchoring the offensive line with his strong play earning an All-WIAC honorable mention recognition.
Cage has been recognized by the conference for all of his three seasons as a Blugold and got a chance to meet with scouts from NFL franchises during his junior year, but has received more attention this season meeting with over 10 teams total.
Even if he isn't selected in the 2016 NFL Draft from April 28-30, the senior tackle will have a chance to be picked up by a team after the draft process to try and make an NFL roster.
