Kim Wagers begins her fifth season as the women’s basketball assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2016-2017. It is her forth season as defensive coordinator, strength and conditioning coach, recruiting coordinator and associate camp director.
The Bludoglds finish of their 2015-2016 season placing fifth in the WIAC with a 8-6 record, and a 14-13 record overall.
Wagers came from assistant coaching basketball and volleyball at UW-Superior from 2009-2011.
At the University of Minnesota-Duluth Wagers played basketball from 2003-2008 and was the team captain her final year in 2007-2008.
Wagers got her bachelor’s degree at University of Minnesota-Duluth in exercise science and a minor in psychology.
