Kim Wagers begins her fifth season as the women’s basketball assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2016-2017. It is her forth season as defensive coordinator, strength and conditioning coach, recruiting coordinator and associate camp director.
The Bludoglds finish of their 2015-2016 season tied for fourth in the WIAC with a 8-6 record, and a 14-13 record overall.
Wagers was formly an assistant coach for basketball and volleyball at UW-Superior from 2009-2011.
Wagers played basketball at the University of Minnesota-Duluth from 2003-2008 and was the team captain her final year in 2007-2008. She earned her bachelor’s degree at University of Minnesota-Duluth in exercise science and a minor in psychology.
