- Guided Blugolds to an NCAA Division III title in 2008, the
first in program history
- Blugolds went 8-0 in NCAA post-season play to win the title
- Team finished third in 2007
- Won three straight WIAC Coach of the Year awards (2004, 2005,
2006)
- Blugolds won WIAC titles each of those seasons, the first time in WIAC history a team won three straight
- Blugolds' all-time winningest coach
- Surpassed JoEllen Bailey's previous school best of 161 wins in 2007
- All-time wins mark is fifth best in WIAC history
- Blugolds receive national, regional and conference recognition
- 2008 coaching staff recived National Fastpitch Coaches Association's (NFCA) Coaching Staff of the Year
- 2006 and 2007 coaching staff received NFCA Great Lakes Region Coaching Staff of the Year

- Chair of NFCA Top 25 Committee and the WIAC Softball Sport Committee in 2007

- Speaker on panel on Recruiting at 2009 NFCA National Convention
- 3-star master coach (out of 4 stars) through the NFCA National Fastpitch Coaches College
- Director of Blugold Fastpitch Camps and Clinics
- Provides instruction for Altoona, Eau Claire and Seymour youth fastpitch programs
- Serving at UW-Eau Claire
- Currently a member of Campus Strategic Planning Committee and Student-Affairs Strategic Planning Committee

- 1997 and 1999 teams won NCAA Division III titles
- 1996 and 1998 teams finished third at NCAA Division III Championship
- Assistant basketball coach at Simpson during 1995-96 season
- Served as head athletic trainer at Simpson for six years
- Co-head coach of Nevada Community Schools softball program in Nevada, Iowa during the summer of 2000 and 2001
- Spent two years as a certified athletic trainer with the Des Moines Sports Medicine Clinic in Des Moines, Iowa
- First assistant to Henry Christowski at Simpson College of

- Earned Bachelor's degree from Buena Vista College in 1992 and
was two-sport athlete
- Played first base on BVU's NCAA Division III national runner-up softball team in 1992
- Member of BVU basketball team in 1990
- Team advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament before losing to eventual national champion Hope College (Mich.)
- GTE/CoSIDA Academic All-Region honors in softball
- Earned Master's degree from Iowa State University in 2000 in health and human performance with an emphasis in sports administration
- Earned Bachelor's degree from Buena Vista College in 1992 and
was two-sport athlete
