After finishing on the wrong side of back-to-back 1-0 games, the women's soccer team reversed their fortune on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over UW-Platteville at Bollinger Field. After playing five straight games on the road, the Blugolds (5-6-3, 2-3-1) finally returned home. In a game that saw five yellow cards and one red card, it was a penalty kick by Allie Stone in the second half that led the Blugolds to the victory.
