Halama played a key role in helping the Blugolds stay undefeated in WIAC play as they beat UW-Platteville 71-62 Wednesday and followed that with a 75-70 over 21st-ranked UW-Whitewater on Saturday. In Saturday’s game, she recorded a double-double with a career-high 23 points while pulling down 11 rebounds. She was 9-for-12 from the field and 5-for-7 from the free throw line. Against Platteville, she scored 19 points, the second highest total for the Blugolds as she went 7-for-7 from the free throw line and 6-for-8 from the field. She also pulled down six rebounds. For the week, Halama also finished with three assists and one steal.
